My goal is to help couples divorce without destroying their families and I find that the best way to do that is to help my clients resolve their marital and family disputes through non-adversarial methods such as collaborative practice, mediation and settlement negotiations. By keeping the focus on my client's true interests and goals, I can help them achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families. I am certified as a mediator and collaborative lawyer and I am a leader and member in many professional organizations that reflect my interest in dispute resolution and family issues. I serve on the board of directors of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals; the board of directors of the New York Women's Bar Association, where I chair the Mentoring Circles Committee; a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals; a member of the Family and Divorce Mediation Counsel of Greater New York; and a member of the Family Law Section and the Alternative Dispute Section of the New York State Bar Association.
