Margaret Clark, Esq. is experienced in family law, with a particular sensitivity toward protecting children in divorcing families. Throughout her legal career, she has been certified to represent children by the Appellate Division, Second Department, and has frequently acted as their counsel. Peg is the co-chair of the Professional Development and Standards Committee of NYACP and was elected to the Board of Directors of NYACP in 2010. Peg's practice is concentrated in Family Law; Matrimonial Law; Collaborative Divorce; and Adoption Law. She has also been Special Counsel to a northern Westchester County town since 1989 and has been a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Second Judicial Department since 2002.
