Prenups: Our Experiences Collaborating and Mediating

HOSTED BY NYACP NYC POD

Tuesday, November 11,  2025

8:30am - 9:30am

Presenters:

Amy Carron Day, Esq.

Rachel Fishman Green, Esq.

Please join Rachel and Amy as they talk about mediating and collaborating with clients on prenuptial agreements, and how this approach is quite different from the way prenups are traditionally negotiated.  They will also discuss how to help clients prepare for the discussion and will share some handouts they created that have proven useful.

They will focus on what the mediation or collaborative process looks like, common issues they are encountering, and provide some feedback on best practices, as well as touching on the controversy regarding reviewing attorneys for mediated prenups.

Please come with some case examples for questions and discussion at the end.

Please join us!
