At our last pod meeting, a number of us expressed a great need to talk about our concerns about what is occurring in our country right now, including how it is impacting us personally and professionally. This will be an opportunity for us to come together to share concerns, experiences, emotions, and ideas for managing individual distress as well as professional impacts.  Just to clarify, we aspire to use our  space to go beyond the understandable venting or political grieving and use our safe and supportive place to share what's difficult right now for each of us and ways to get through it.
