Streamlining the Collaborative Process- Let's Talk About It

Northern Westchester Pod will be discussing how we can adopt the Streamlined Collaborative Model presented by Brian Galbraith in his June 5th webinar in our practices. NYACP has formed a working committee to further develop and implement this model and we want to hear from you.

Join us for an informal discussion with MaryEllen Linnehan who co- chairs this committee with Steven Kaplan and Lauren Behrman, Share your thoughts, concerns, ideas about this model and how it can work in our community. Yes, it is cost effective for clients but what about for the professionals? Is it appropriate for all our clients? Who determines the fees structure? How is it even possible to limit full team meetings? Will attorneys be comfortable with their new role in this model? Be part of the conversation.
