Collaborative Practitioners commit to deep and ongoing training so we can do excellent work, but what about the clients? How can we engage the clients’ learning to support more meaningful engagement in their proce ss? Jacinta Gallant’s study of curiosity and insight led her to develop Our Family in Two Homes – a resource that facilitates deeper client preparatio n and builds in efficiencies in our CP teamwork. In this Webinar, Jacinta w ill explain how the Our Family in Two Homes workbook enhances the client’s ability to be self-reflective and more engaged with each member of the Coll aborative Team, and how a common framework for client preparation helps the CP Team coordinate and communicate more effectively.
