About my Practice
I teach collaborative divorce at Hofstra Law School to the next generation of collaborative lawyers.I spent the first 15 years of my legal career as an NYC labor and employment attorney...then I got a divorce. The process took years and the expense was enormous, both financially and emnotionally. Since 2000, I have concentrated my practice on matrimonial and family law and civil appeals. I did not want any client of mine to suffer as I did, and that naturally led me to gravitate to collaborative divorce... it truly is a kinder, gentler way of reconfiguring a family.
