About my Practice
Lynn Maier is sensitive to the concerns and emotional issues faced by clients. Ms. Maier helps clients navigate difficult and complex legal issues including divorce, separation, settlement and/or separation agreements, prenuptial agreements and post nuptial agreements using collaborative divorce and mediation skills. She has more than thirty years of experience in the area of matrimonial law.
Lynn lectures and presents at the NYS Parent Education and Awareness Program (PEACE), Pace University School of Law, and Women's Bar Association of the State of New York. She is Articles Editor of the Domestic Law Review, a publication of the Westchester County Bar Association, Matrimonial Committee and has taught matrimonial law.
