About my Practice
Monica Kaiser is an experienced family law attorney and mediator devoted to helping individuals resolve the issues surrounding their divorce in a non-adversarial manner. As a practicing New York City attorney since 1991, she has participated in structuring countless complex matrimonial settlements through the use of mediation, collaborative practice and negotiation. Her practice includes all aspects of family law including: prenuptial agreements, divorce, separation, child support, parenting plans and custody disputes.
Monica is a member of and has served on the Board of Directors of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a member of International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and serves on the Collaborative Practice Committee of the New York State Bar Association. She has co-chaired the Continuing Education Committee of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York.
In addition to her family law practice, Monica regularly serves as a party appointed arbitrator in commercial license fee disputes administered by the American Arbitration Association. She has served as arbitrator in more than one hundred such matters in the past ten years.
