About my Practice
I am a CPA dedicated to resolving disputes and conflicts out of court. I practice as a neutral financial professional in matrimonial and civil (closely held business, probate and employment) matters, focusing in the areas of business valuation, budgeting, personal finance, tax advisory services, and forensic accounting.
Conflicts and disputes are difficult and emotional, but their resolution can be successful, respectful, and private if done using a process geared towards understanding, listening, exchanging, and exploring ideas. My work as a collaborative neutral financial professional, which emphasizes education and problem solving, allows me to elicit success for my clients and personal satisfaction for me.
My background and experience, including an MBA and prior Series 7 and life insurance licensure, provides me with the tools to successfully assist with the resolution of a wide variety of matrimonial and civil conflicts, including assistance with valuation, budgeting, equitable distribution, support, taxation, economic damage, and financial planning concerns. I also provide business appraisal services for estate, gift and other tax purposes, as well as for business succession planning.
