Exhibit Information

The Racial Equity Media Club is thrilled to invite you to a group museum tour of the Activist NY exhibit at the Museum of The City of New York at 10AM on June 10th 2024. NYACP will be sponsoring the cost of the tour and museum entrance fee for up to 25 members, which includes full day access to this wonderful and special museum and 10% off the museum gift shop. We hope you can join us following the tour at the Museum Cafe for a discussion on the exhibit and experiences with the Racial Equity Media Club.

This event will also mark the culmination of our 10 months of working together in the Racial Equity Media Club. We strongly believe that by understanding the history and consequences of systemic racism, we can better serve our diverse clientele and work towards a more just and equitable society. Your active participation in this conversation is crucial, as it will allow us to collectively develop strategies and initiatives to promote racial equity within our organization and beyond. Catherine and I are already planning new film and book selections when we resume the Racial Equity Media Club in the Fall 2024 and we hope that you will join us to continue this important conversation.

Thank you for your ongoing dedication to our shared mission. Together, we can make a difference and create a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

Registration is limited to 25 so register early!

Warmly, Melissa and Catherine
