Our speaker, David Emerald, is an award winning author and Creator-in-Cheif of the Power of TED (The Empowerment Dynamic) and 3 Vital Questions frameworks. No matter what our professional roles are as to how we help families transition through their divorce, the frameworks and concepts that we will learn about in this workshop will expand our tool box and provide a deeper understanding of relationship dynamics for ourselves, our clients and our collaborative teams.

David Emerald Womeldorff is co-founder of the Bainbridge Leadership Center (Bainbridge Island, WA). As director of the center's Organizational Leadership and Self Leadership practice areas, David’s passion is in supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in leading and working from an outcome-focused and passion-powered orientation. His principals and frameworks are based on his 30 years of study, observation and application of his lessons of collaboration with a wide range of individuals and organizations.

Writing under the pen name of David Emerald, he is the author of the best-selling The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic), a teaching story about Self Leadership. His latest book, entitled 3 Vital Questions: Transforming Workplace Drama, is an organizationally-focused teaching story, drawing on his his experience in leadership development, change leadership and employee engagement. David’s books are sold worldwide.

David is also a senior consultant for The Leadership Circle and a consultant with the Full Circle Group. He currently serves as an Executive Coach and on the faculty of the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business (Executive Education) flagship Executive Integral Leadership Program, an innovative program for Executive MBA students and business executives, as well as a Faculty Facilitator in non-degree, custom programs. His TED* (The Empowerment Dynamic)® framework is included in the curriculum of Notre Dame's "Management and Leadership Certificate" e-learning program.

Previously, David was Consulting Director of Bank One Corporation's Learning and Leadership Development, a corporate team of education and organization development professionals; Acting Director of Executive Education and Senior Development Consultant, managing and co-facilitating their highly-acclaimed Leadership Development Program and, earlier, the Leading Strategic Change Executive Development Program, conducted through the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. David served Bank One as both an internal and external organization and leadership development consultant.

He is a frequent guest presenter and facilitator on leadership topics, building collaboration and various applications of the 3 Vital Questions® and TED* frameworks. As a speaker and workshop leader, David uplifts, enlightens and inspires individuals and groups to reach new levels of collaboration through empowering relationships. He is conversational, entertaining and approachable as he shares his simple, yet profound, approaches. His aim is to have participants walk away feeling empowered and eager to take action.

David earned a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Wright State University (Dayton, OH), where he also was the first student to design his own undergraduate degree, entitled "Community and Communication." He now makes his home on Bainbridge Island, WA in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, with his wife and business partner, Donna Zajonc, MCC.
