The NYACP is offering exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities at the following events:

NYACP Annual Meeting on Thursday, December 5, 2019

Basic Collaborative Interdisciplinary Training on November 1, 2, and 4, 2019

 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Packages

 

The NYACP Annual Meeting is a full day training and networking meeting on Thursday, December 5th, 2019, and is being held at the Brae Burn Country Club, 39 Brae Burn Dr, Purchase, NY 10577.  This event is attended by the majority of NYACP members and is a celebratory event.  It will be from 9:00AM to 4:30PM and will include lunch for all the attendees.  After the training portion of the meeting, there will be an informal networking reception from 5:00PM to 8:00PM.

 

Silver - $1000: Display table, space for your banner display, your submission of a half page color program advertisement (8" wide x 5" high), company name on the NYACP conference webpage, introduction during program, one ticket to conference and networking hour*.

Gold - $1,500: Display table, space for your banner display, your submission of a full page color program advertisement (8" wide x 10" high), introduction and comments during program, company logo linked to your company website on the NYACP conference webpage, two tickets to conference and networking hour*.

Platinum - $2,500: Display table, space for your banner display, your submission of a back or inside cover color program advertisement (8.5" wide x 11" high full bleed), company logo listed on the NYACP conference webpage and linked to your company website, introduction and comments during program, four tickets to conference and networking hour*, sponsorship placard at all meal and refreshment buffet displays throughout the conference, an opportunity to present a One-Hour Webinar to the NYACP Membership (Webinar topic and presentation must be approved by the NYACP Board of Directors for a negotiated date and deemed appropriate for membership).

 Basic Collaborative Interdisciplinary Training (BCIT) Sponsorship Packages 

The BCIT is a three (3) Day Training on Friday, November 1st, Saturday, November 2nd, and Monday, November 4th, 2019 being held at the Cambria Hotel White Plains - Downtown, 250 Main Street, White Plains, NY 10601.

We expect at least 20 attendees and will also have additional members, trainers and Board members at the reception on Monday evening.  This would be a great opportunity to spend time networking with collaborative professionals. 

Lunch Sponsor: $500 per day
• Display table in lobby/dining area
• Space for a banner display
• Full color ad program advertisement (8.5" wide x 11" high full bleed)
• Your company logo listed on the NYACP website and linked to your company website
• Your company logo and link will be included in all eblast advertising
• Sponsorship placard (18" x 24”) at all meal and refreshment buffet displays throughout the conference
• One ticket for lunch
• One ticket to the networking hour when you will be introduced and allotted five minutes to address attendees on your product.

To maintain the integrity of the training, sponsors will not be able to attend the training, but are invited to mingle with the attendees during the breaks, lunch and networking hour.


Platinum Sponsor: $1500
• Exclusive Sponsorship - We will offer only one Platinum Sponsor for this event.
• An inside cover full color ad program advertisement (8.5" wide x 11" high full bleed)
• Your company logo listed on the NYACP website and linked to company website
• A sponsorship placard on display (22" x 28") throughout the program
• One ticket for the networking hour when you will be introduced and allotted five minutes to address attendees on your product
• The opportunity to present a One-Hour Webinar to the NYACP Membership (Webinar topic and presentation must be approved by the NYACP Board of Directors for a negotiated date and deemed appropriate for membership)

*Networking hour planned for Monday evening after the program ends

General Sponsorshp Information

  • All conference sponsorship material is due three weeks prior to the event.
  • In order for your advertisement to look its best, it is important for your logo/artwork to be high quality and web compatible. All artwork and imagery should be high resolution (300+ dpi) jpg or pdf format. Ad dimensions are listed above.
  • Please provide us with your company’s website URL so we can provide a link from our website to your website
  • The exhibit area will be open for set up one hour prior to the start of the event. Please note: The NYACP is not responsible for any material you leave at your booth.
  • Please plan to remain for the entire conference for the best opportunity to speak with all our attendees.
  • Electric outlets are not guaranteed. If you need one, please let the NYACP office know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
