Stacy Preston Collins, CPA/ABV, CFF
Stacy Preston Collins is a Managing Director with Financial Research Associates and has focused on forensic accounting and valuation issues since 1993. Her work involves complex financial issues in matrimonial cases, shareholder disputes, estate planning engagements, and other matters. She is a member of the NY Association of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Collins has served as a financial expert on business valuation and forensic accounting issues in several states. She graduated from Drexel University with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. She holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Ms. Collins lectures frequently on forensic accounting and valuation issues to lawyers, judges, and financial professionals. She is a Charter Member of the Forensic & Business Valuation Division of the AAML Foundation, and is a contributing author to Financial Valuation Applications and Models (Third and Fourth Editions) and Family Law Services Handbook.
David Gralnick, CPA/ABV
David Gralnick is a Partner with the firm of KLG. He has assisted hundreds of closely-held companies, attorneys, accountants and financial professionals in engagements involving business valuations, investigative accounting, enhanced earnings calculations, and damage claims. Mr. Gralnick has a diversified background in litigation, consulting, accounting and auditing; as well as an extensive tax background.Mr. Gralnick holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant and he has also earned the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ ABV designation (Accredited in Business Valuation). He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Nancy Kaye, CFP, CDFA
Nancy Kaye (Kirsch) is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Nancy has her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and is a Registered Investment Advisor. She is a board member of NYACP and their treasurer since 2019. Nancy was trained in the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce in September 2005. Nancy provides fair, objective and neutral solutions, and helps clients incorporate their specific needs, desires and goals into a personally tailored financial settlement, and show how that settlement will affect their future financial outcome. Nancy gets enormous personal and professional satisfaction when the couples that she helps thank her for her objectivity, sensitivity and balance. Ultimately the value she delivers to clients combines trust, expertise, and understanding of specific needs. Nancy’s goal is to help clients achieve their goals.
Michael R. McLaughlin, CFA, ASA, CVA
Michael McLaughlin is a Managing Director in Sigma Valuation Consulting’s Litigation and Valuation practice. He has been a professional business appraiser for more than a decade. Michael has experience valuing companies and financial instruments for divorce, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation and investment purposes as well as for financial and tax reporting purposes. Michael is regularly appointed by various courts as a neutral expert in marital dissolution matters. He has also testified in court and at arbitration. Prior to joining Sigma Valuation Consulting, Michael worked at EisnerAmper LLP in their Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services Group. Michael also worked for Morrison & Company, in New Jersey, performing valuations for litigation purposes. Mr. McLaughlin received a Bachelor of Arts from Hamilton College in 1984 and an MBA in Accounting from Pace University in 2009. Michael is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and New York Society of Security Analysts. Michael is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser at the American Society of Appraisers and a Certified Valuation Analyst at the National Association of Certified Valuator and Analysts.
