On April 15th the topic will be "Boosting Your Immunity and Stress Reduction During COVID-19" featuring Dr.Steven Goodstein.  

All experts in public health are promoting every means available to stay healthy and support one’s immune system during this COVID-19 pandemic. This includes adequate sleep, good nutrition, exercise, stress reduction including breathing techniques, proper hygiene and social distancing to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Come and join Dr. Goodstein to learn what you can do immediately to improve your health and well being during this challenging time. Questions can be emailed in advance to [email protected].
